Momma Kicks Butt!

Yes, these are my real photos. 9 months postpartum, I decided to do something about my abdominal flab. I cut back on my crafty sewing projects and increased my cardiovascular and core fitness.

After a few months of training with Innate Wellness I feel energized and more confident. I've lost inches, my abdominal separation has reduced 3 to 1 and I am now able to keep up with my 16 month old! I'm amazed I was able to do this on my own without the need of a tummy tuck!
